Help Pass The Cell Phone Users' Bill of Rights
More and more
consumers are complaining about their cell phone service, quality and
billing errors. Urge your Representative to pass the cell phone users'
bill of rights-which would require wireless carriers to improve
disclosure of rates and fees, contract terms, and wireless coverage
area; provide recourse to consumers to resolve billing disputes and
errors; and calls for less restrictive contract terms like a risk-free
trial period to test a phone and service and the elimination of long
term contracts.

representative asking him or her to pass the Cell Phone Users' Bill of
