Support National Popular Vote
Most of us are taught in
our civics classes that every vote counts. But upon closer look, the election
of the President of the United
States does not work that way. The
National Popular Vote bill would establish
an interstate compact—or agreement—between states that their electors would
vote for whichever candidate wins the nationwide popular vote.
Please call your Senator
and Representative today and ask them to support National
Popular Vote.
You can reach your
representative through the State House switchboard (617) 722-2000.
Here's a sample message you can leave: My name is ____ I live in
____.
I am calling to ask you
to support the National Popular Vote bill to make sure that all of our votes
count in the presidential election.
Then let us know you called by filling out the form below.
