Executive Director Janet Domenitz presents at the Breaking Through Power Conference in Washington, D.C.

On Monday, May 23rd, 2016, Janet Domenitz, MASSPIRG’s Executive Director, presented at Ralph Nader’s Breaking Through Power conference in Washington D.C., which focued on the modern public interest movement in the United States. Domenitz discussed MASSPIRG’s work to organize consumers and pressure large restaurant chains to stop purchasing meat raised with the routine use of antibiotics, which leads to antibiotic resistant diseases, and help stave off a major public health threat.
